YourVersion is Pandora for your Real-Time Web
Content. It continuously discovers new, relevant
web content for you. Based on your specific
interests, YourVersion fetches the most recent and
relevant content for you across News, Blogs,
Twitter, Webpages and Videos.
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute YourVersion's user
acquisition strategy
-Develop and execute YourVersions social media
strategy and tactics, including Facebook and Twitter
-Own the YourVersion blog and be the primary
author
-Drive PR efforts directly with the press/bloggers
and with a PR agency
-Write compelling copy for the website and all
marketing communications
-Create and send monthly email newsletter to users
to keep them informed and engaged
-Establish promotional partnerships with other
companies
-Analyze the performance metrics of all online
marketing efforts
-Manage one or more marketing interns
-Work with CEO to enhance the YourVersion
product to improve conversion rate and customer
retention

| Qualifications: |
Requirements
-5+ years online marketing experience, with a track
record of delivering solid results for new user
acquisition
-A passion for online marketing with a results-
oriented approach
-Strong copy writing skills, able to write compelling
copy for customers
-Expertise in social media
-Experience managing a company Twitter account
-Experience managing a company Facebook page
-Experience driving press/blogger coverage
-Proficiency with Google Analytics
-Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract
insights to iterate and improve marketing program
performance
-Experience optimizing landing pages and
conversion funnels
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Thrive in fast-paced environments with quick
iterations
-Go-getter: you figure out what needs to be done
vs. having to be told
-Can see the big picture but also zoom down into
details
-Customer-centric perspective
-Good team player: ability to work well with others
to achieve a common goal
-BA or equivalent
